SUNSHINE KIDS 

​2019 HELPING CHILDREN WITH CANCER SMILE

The Sunshine Kids is a non-profit organization dedicated to children with cancer. Established in 1982, they are committed to providing positive group activities and emotional support for young cancer patients.

​The Faithful Few Marines are here to assist the Southwest Florida area Sunshine Kids Organization and the Golisano Children’s Hospital.

​What a wonderful turnout we had on Thursday, April 18th, 2019 at Century Link Park where the Fort Myers Miracle played the Port Charlotte Stone Crabs. We held the 5th annual Vendors for Veterans and First Responders event in conjunction with the fund raiser for these wonderful children of the Sunshine Kids.

​The Faithful Few Marines, along with the Punishers LEMC, and the Patriot Riders took to the field with the kids and presented our nations colors and National Anthem. This was followed by the fund raiser held on the 3rd base Sky Deck level.
